"Ezekiel! What are you and your two pumped up with steroid friends doing with that little houseplant?!" I yelled through the window.

They looked quite amused, really. Ezekiel and another were slightly ahead of the one with the small flowery plant. (I don't know what plant it was because I am not really the gardening type) They looked like they were there to protect the guy following - kind of like guards in football (the north american version) - and his little "pet". Or perhaps they were trying to camouflage this tough guy so that no one would see him being a sissy and carrying such a girlie thing down the road.

Where were they going? I don't know. In fact, I don't even know them. They were just these three guys who were walking down Fort Street in front of Pho Hoa restaurant last night. ( I was trying to cure my cold with soup) I didn't even know their names. Ezekiel had that written on his t-shirt...some brand, I suppose (I really am out of the loop, sometimes). They had obviously been to Brown's Florist down the street and picked it up.

Nevertheless, I found it amusing as I sat there staring out the window. Did anyone else see them? Or did they care? I love to watch people doing everyday things. It isn't an obsession, it's just something I do sometimes to pass time. Any one else do that? If you do, do you have any stories to share? Please do!
